Submission Guidelines
Prepare Your Manuscript
- Ensure your manuscript follows the journal's formatting guidelines
- Include an abstract (150-250 words) and keywords (3-6)
- Use clear, concise language appropriate for your field
- Include all necessary figures, tables, and references
- Ensure proper citation formatting
Required Documents
- Main manuscript file (Word or PDF format)
- Title page with author information
- Cover letter stating the manuscript's originality
- Conflict of interest declaration
- Suggested reviewers (optional)
File Specifications
- Manuscript: Maximum 10MB in size
- Accepted formats: .doc, .docx, .pdf
- Images: High resolution (300 DPI minimum)
- Tables: Editable format preferred
- File naming: AuthorName_ManuscriptTitle
Submission Process
- Send your manuscript via email to admin@va-ra.co
- Include "Manuscript Submission" in the subject line
- You will receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours
- Manuscript will undergo initial screening
- Eligible manuscripts proceed to peer review
Article Types
Research Articles
Original research findings with detailed methodology and analysis. Word limit: 3000-6000 words.
Review Articles
Comprehensive reviews of current research in specific fields. Word limit: 4000-8000 words.
Short Communications
Brief reports of preliminary findings or case studies. Word limit: 1500-2500 words.
Opinion Papers
Scholarly opinions on contemporary issues or emerging trends. Word limit: 2000-3000 words.
Book Reviews
Critical reviews of recently published books relevant to the journal's scope. Word limit: 1000-1500 words.
Multilingual Articles
Research published in English, Hindi, Punjabi, or Sanskrit with abstracts in English.
Important Notes
- Originality: All submissions must be original and not previously published or under consideration elsewhere.
- Plagiarism Check: All manuscripts are screened for plagiarism. Similarity index should be below 15%.
- Authorship: All authors must have contributed significantly to the work and approve the final version.
- Peer Review: All submissions undergo double-blind peer review process.
- Publication Fee: There is no submission or publication fee. Open access publishing is free.
- Copyright: Authors retain copyright. Published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
- Withdrawal: Requests for withdrawal must be made in writing before the review process begins.
